Life keeps on going...here are some pieces

Howdy all! I am going to be posting some pics and stories for ya'll...while I was pregnant I imagined it would be easy to keep up the blog as a astay at home mom, but it is proving to be challenging. For example I am currently typing with one hand so I can hold David in my lap. lol. But I do believe that it is important... so here goes.

David hit the 6 month mark in August and is a pretty impressive little guy... he is still long and heavy for his age, already too tall for most 6-9 month clothes, and as cute as a button! He sits pretty well all by himself and smiles quite alot, and has recently started make "m" sounds so every once in a while I hear somthing that sounds a tiny bit like "mom" but usually like "aaammmu!" He currently has a little cold, but seems to be handling it well. He cut his first tooth and now find pleasure in biting ususpecting relatives if their thumbs get too close. Has a fun piano that little friend Shi passed on to us that he loves- also good for sitting practice and even tiny bits of standing! He currently likes to grab folks face- particularly Jonathan's gotee. We started making our own baby food since we had the long weekend to work on it, it is both easier and harder than I anticipated, but it is proving to be cost effective if not time-friendly.
