Corn Maze and Feast

Hello Everyone! We had a great Party this last Saturday, It was so much fun to see friends and to check out this years Corn Maze, at the Carpinito Bros. Farm. We all met up at the maze, got some hot kettle corn and wended our way through the corn stalks, while this years wind storm did some damage we still had a lot of fun. Afrer we successfully completed both mazes we hung out for a bit and enjoyed seeing the Rowe Twins all dressed up in the pumpkin patch. After our adventure in the cold we headed to our house to warm up and finish the food preparations. We enjoyed a fantastic Turkey feast with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, crescent rolls, candied yams and pumpkin bread. Carlene brought some amazing Apple Dumplings and we also had Pumpkin Bread Pudding for dessert. Enjoy the photos of allt he fun we had!

Sponge Spores and Broken Doors

Hello everyone! We finally got the baby room painted :) I would like to thank the following poeple for their time and energy: Aunt's Laura, Teresa and Julie, Uncle Bug, and Grandma and Grandpa McQuiston. We painted to room 2 shades of green, with the lighter shade having sponge-painted stripes over it. As you may have guessed by my very clever title, we had a little difficulty with the door. Jonathan recently put in a new doorknob since the old one broke, and when I closed the door to the baby room to keep Levi from getting dog fur on the new paint job I thought nothing of it. When I when to open the door however I met with a problem. The door wouldn't open- so I had to turn the know while kicking in the door, quite a site based on the reactions of all who saw me. While I did get the door open it do to a small bit of damage to the door jam, luckily Jeremiah is reather handy and was able to repair the damage. Please enjoy the photos of our painting adventure!
God Bless

New Car

Hello Everyone!
Jonathan and I finally found ourselves a new used car that fit our budget. It looks pretty nice- ironically it is the same make, model and color as the old Suzuki but it is one year newer and a manual. There are a couple of negative points- but should be fixable. There are several bumper stickers that differ with out polital and world view that need to be romoved and while it has had only one owner, it is obvious that he was a smoker. So we now have the ardous job of finding the secret to removing cigarette ordors from cars, with the internet offering lots of suggestions I am confidant that it can be done with some time and energy. Until we finally do get it clean smelling I wont be driving or riding in it as the smell of smoke makes me even more sick than it used to. Hopefully soon I can post photos of both cars just so you can see the difference. LOL. Poor car.
So wish us luck with the smell removal and bumper sticker elimination!
God Bless!
