Motorcycle madness

 

So we had a good bit of sun, then it just went away.. I kept waiting for it to come back so we could go on an outing, but it never did. I realized that I was going stir crazy so David and I decided to head out to Visiting Grampa and Grandma and aunt Julie :) we spent the day playing and chatting and watching David cruise around the furniture, on our way out he spotted dads motorcycle, so we grabbed the camera and decided to let him check it out! He is pretty cute sitting on it what with his bomber jacket and all... although I really hope its not indicitave of his future!

I am beginning to think that David is going to end up being raised by animals, we spend so much time at the zoo, whenever the sun comes out and the temp reaches above 50 degrees we head either to the zoo or the park to get some fresh air and sunshine. David still seems really partial to the beluga whales and walruses- seeing as they get so close, but he also loves the goats at the petting zoo :) he is pretty brave around them... they are about the same size as Levi, and he likes to poke them in their noses :) He also also starting to have fun at the kid zone, and likes to play on some of the toys, this last trip he really loved the fake log :)

 

 

Dancing the night away

 

Had a great time at the Dance with Tom and Linda :) We managed to fit in a few swing Dances and even a waltz or two. Its always fun to get dressed up and go out, and even more fun to be able to talk like an adult all evening!

 

 

 

Happy Birthday Moments

 

 

Nothing Like lots of cake to make a one year old happy! It certainly didn't hurt to have lots of aunts and grandparrents hanging about either :)
